Nodero was initially tasked with performing a comprehensive review of FMG’s client portal, FMG Connect. FMG sought an independent assessment to evaluate the code quality and ensure it followed best practice standards. Nodero's examination confirmed that the code met these standards.
Confident in Nodero’s technical abilities the next project we worked on with FMG was FMG Link, a digital data capture system that replaced paper forms. This system allows FMG mobile reps to collect information about insurance policies when they are onboarding new clients. The system also integrates with FMG's back-office systems and syncs data automatically when reps move in and out of mobile network coverage.
This was a complex project that required a lot of planning and design. We provided FMG with senior developers and software engineers to work alongside their internal team. We also brought in our senior UX designer, Lucas Woolf, to lead the design process. Lucas made sure the design was user-friendly and met the needs and preferences of the end-users.
